	Car Parking : Quest Palmerston North offers limited off street secure carparking at an additional cost of $10.00 inc GST per night. If you require this facilitiy, please request at time of booking and we will do our best to assist. Request is not guaranteed.
	Getting There :We are located at the corner of Square and Fitzherbert Ave. in TSB Bank Building. The main entrance is opposite Gull Petrol station on Fitzherbert Avenue.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.

Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

20% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking (10% charged by BookDirect2Save and 10% charged by Hotel). Balance payment (80% of total booking cost) upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

An administration charge of 10% of total cost of booking applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of 10% of total cost of bookings.
