Quest St Kilda Bayside is the perfect choice fo both the business and leisure traveller. We are situated in a quiet residential street yet only minutes walk from the cosmopolitan attractions of St Kilda, with business and cultural precincts being easily accessible by tram or car - or a walk!
We have an on-site swimming pool which is open during the swimming season only. The gym is well equipped and opens during office hours. The property is well presented and has an on-going refurbishment program. Your security is paramount, with carded apartment access, tagged property access and a secured car parking area.
Reception hours 7.00am-10:30pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays and Sundays 8:00 am - 10:00 pm. We have on-site Managers. Reception hours may vary on public holidays

Car parking is $13 per night

ALL ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING. GUESTS MAY SMOKE ON THE BALCONY ONLY.

	Car Parking : Off-street, limited security undercover parking is available for $13 per night. Payable on arrival. Please advise requirement.
	Getting There :TRAM - Tram #16 from Swanston Walk. - Tram #96 from Spencer Street. to Fitzroy Street, turn left at Acland St. until Eildon Road (second street on the left). Please phone if arriving after hours or if booking/arrival is the same day. Shuttle transfers available from Tullamarine Airport. Dandenong shuttle drops outside the front door. Frankston & Peninsula Airport Shuttle drops at the Novotel, about one block away. We can arrange a chauffeur transfer for you, but need at least 24 hours notice and flight details.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Credit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice prior to arrival for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to the Guest's credit card.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

A failure to arrive by 10:00am on the morning following the guest's scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) night's accommodation.
