General Information

	Check In : 1400hrs Check Out : 1000hrs Reception Hours : The office closes at 7pm weekdays and 1.30pm weekends. However there is always someone on duty 24 hours, 7 days to check in guests if the office is closed. A 'phone on the wall by reception connects directly to them.
	Car Parking : Undercover, security parking is available free of charge.
	Getting There :From Swanston St.- Tram 5 or 64 along St Kilda Rd to stop 32, turn right (south) along Chapel St. to Redan St, third on your right. By train take the Sandringham line to Windsor station turn right onto Chapel street as you exit the station, cross Dandenong Rd and continue along Chapel until you come to Redan St on the right. (Total walk = 700m) A taxi from Melbourne airport will cost approximately $50. Airport transfers can also be arranged through the property at a cost of $21 per person, 48 hours notice prior to arrival is required. If you are booking a reservation after 7pm for the same day please advise on our after hours contact number as the office is unattended from 7pm onwards.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.

Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice to first night for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $25.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$25.00.

Child Policy

Child over 14 is considered as adult.
Child aged 3 and under is free.
