This grand Georgian Mansion, built in the 1860s, still preserves its original character, however, a complete refurbishment has been carried out internally.

This four star boutique apartment complex has been designed to offer pure comfort and warmth for those who prefer to stay in apartment living rather than hotel style.

Each of the twelve apartments have been tastefully decorated and include brand new porcelain-tiled ensuites, fully contained kitchenettes including microwave, fridge and electric stove. All mod cons such as Flat Screen Full Digital TV, DVD, Free broadband internet and ironing equipment are also provided to assist the business traveller.

Located in the heart of St Kilda, you are within two minutes' walk of the popular Fitzroy Street, where you can sample some of the finest food and wine, and only a few minutes' walk to public transport. The picturesque St Kilda Beach is only ten minutes' walk from the apartments.

FREE broadband internet is available in each apartment. Wireless is only available near front entrance of foyer area.

	Car Parking : There is no parking onsite, however you can park on Grey Street (not metered). There is also secure parking available at a nearby parking building at a charge of $14 overnight (24 hour parking). Please advise management at least 2 days prior so we can forward the relevant information to you.
	Getting There :A typical taxi fare from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport to Sixty Two on Grey is around $65. Catch the Frankston and Peninsula Airport Shuttle which will drop off at Tolarno's on Fitzroy Street. Approx $18 per person one way. For bookings and timetables - www.fapas.com.au Taxi Fares A typical taxi fare from Sixty Two on Grey to Melbourne CBD is only $10. Trams: City to Grey St Tram: Bourke Street Mall: Catch the 96,16,72 or 112 to reach Fitzroy St, St Kilda. Grey St to City Tram: 112 leaves from Fitzroy Street and takes approx. 15 minutes to reach the crown casino. Grey St to Crown casino, City Tram: 96 Express Link arrives at Flinders street station 10 minutes after leaving St Kilda.

1. What is the difference between an executive apartment and a studio apartment.

The main difference between the apartments is the size of the rooms. The apartments have the same facilities, however you will find the Executive apartments more spacious.

2. Do any of the rooms have a bath.

Only the Deluxe apartment has a marble bathroom with a bath. All of the other apartments have a shower in the ensuite bathroom.

3. Is there any on site parking

There is no on site parking. We do have an arrangement with a nearby parking building for secure parking at a cost of $14 overnight. This is located at Metropol Carepark, Corner of Fitzroy Street and Canterbury Road. This is approximately a .3 minute walk from our apartments. There is also free parking along Grey Street, but be aware of the clearways Mon- Friday between 7.30 - 9.30am (on one side of the building) and between 4.30 - 6.30pm on the other side of Grey Street.

4. How many people can sleep in an executive apartment

Three of the executive apartments can sleep a third person on a double sofa bed. You will need to check the availability of these rooms prior to booking as they are only subject to availability.

5. How many people can sleep in a studio apartment

The studio apartments only consist of one queen bed and can sleep a maximum of two persons.

6. What is the bedding configuration of the apartments

All apartments have a queen size bed. We do not have the facility of twin rooms. You can book the executive apartment with the sofabed should you wish to book for two separate beds.

7. Are there any smoking rooms

All rooms are non smoking and smoking is not permitted in the rooms. You can smoke either on the balcony areas or outside courtyards. You will need to advise management if you are a smoker as we will try to accommodate you with a room that has an outside courtyard area.

8. Do all rooms have balconies

Not all apartments have an outside balcony. These are subject to availability. You will need to check with management prior to check the availability.

9. What happens if i need assistance at any time

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Payment will be made at time of booking. Please note there is a 3.6% surcharge for Amex Cards and 2.75% for Diners Cards.
Photo ID also may be required, please have available upon request.

Deposit Policy

Full payment is to be processed at time of booking.

NB This is effective from 1 September 2011. Any bookings made prior to this date will be charged as per previous policy 2-3 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72hrs notice for booking cancellations otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
Cancellations are not permitted for peak events.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked.

Child Policy

Child over 12 is considered as adult.

Other Policy

Early check-ins may be arranged with management and are only subject to availability. This must be arranged with Management prior.

Hotel Comment : We do apologise for any inconvenience. Each apartment has its own instantaneous hot water unit and should not run out, however i will definately investigate further as to why the hot water did run out.
