The Waverley International Hotel conference rooms are the perfect setting for business meetings, presentations and seminars. The following facilities are available: - Herman's Room seats up to 90 people All venues are fully catered for any time of day or night, with all the essential business facilities you require: - Access to high speed Broadband & WIFI internet - Telephone, photocopying and fax services - Projectors, whiteboards and other electrical equipment are available upon request.

Monday to Saturday 7.00 am - 7.00 pm Sunday and Public Holiday 8.00 am - 6.00 pm: Guests are requested to provide identification and a valid credit card upon check-in, or alternatively a $250 cash deposit will be required. Guest's who cannot provide a credit card will also need to pay for any additional services used daily.

	Getting There :HOTEL Address: 301 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley Melbourne Tullamarine Airport The Waverley International Hotel is located approximately 45 minutes from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport via the Tullamarine Freeway. Continue onto the Monash Freeway, exit at Ferntree Gully Road turn and left along Springvale Road. The Waverley International Hotel will be on your left (entrance on Kingsway). Melbourne CBD The Waverley International Hotel is located 25 minutes from Melbourne's CBD via the Monash Freeway. Exit at Ferntree Gully Road, turn left along Springvale Road. The Waverley International Hotel will be on your left (entrance on Kingsway). Train and Bus Station The Waverley International Hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the Glen Waverley train station and bus depot. A train ride to or from the city will take approximately 30 minutes.

Booking Policy

**IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our 301 restaurant will be closed till further notice.**

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Guests are requested to provide valid identification and a credit card upon check-in.

Hotel will charge the full amount of accommodation for Non Refundable bookings to the credit card provided.

Deposit Policy

Full amount will be taken from the credit card at time by The Waverley International Hotel any time before check-in date. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your card to secure the booking.

Pre authorisation of $100 is required for guest who presents DEBIT card and cash deposit required on check-in as key deposit for cash / EFTPOS payment, key deposit will be returned upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the full amount of the booking
For any special deals (3 nights,7 nights Saver), there is no cancellation or modification allowed.
'Non-Refundable' rooms can be cancelled but NO REFUNDS will be made.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked.
NO REFUNDS for bookings made for 'Non-Refundable' rooms.

Child over 13 is considered as adult.
