Turtle Beach Resort provides premier family accommodation set in a sub-tropical oasis just 300 metres to the beach. Truly a relaxing holiday home, the resort offers spacious one, two and three bedroom fully self contained apartments in a 3 storey walk up complex (please note we do not have lifts on site).
Facilities include flat screen televisions and complimentary Foxtel channels.
All apartments have balconies and terraces that overlook tropical greenery and manicured gardens.

Take advantage of the extensive recreational facilities including 4 separate swimming areas with a mix of lagoon and lap swimming pools, waterslide, spa's, an adults only retreat, Putt'n Around* our 15 hole themed putt-putt course, children's playground, 2 saunas, floodlit tennis court*, fitness room, games room*, 8 BBQ areas and FREE WiFi access. For those who prefer a slower pace, soak up the relaxed poolside atmosphere or send the kids to the cinema theatrette. Enjoy a woodfired pizza at our onsite restaurant The Deck or pick up supplies at our onsite convenience store 'Fresh and Tasty' which features a wide range of grocery items and an internet cafe.

Turtle Beach Resort has designed a holiday program especially for the kids, packed with lots of fun activities to compliment our facilities. Club Turtle* is for kids aged four to twelve inclusive where they can choose to sit in and watch or join in the pre-arranged activities including creative art and craft sessions, big screen Wii interactive games, an Xbox only designated room for the game players, as well as party theme nights with Disco and Movies screenings.

Our Exciting water playground Splash Zone features 4 water slides, 2 toddler slides, dumping bucket, water cannons and lots more.

Booking Policy

Please note the following booking policies:

Advance Purchase Rate Types: Bookings made on an Advance Purchase Rate are non-refundable and non-changeable under any circumstances. By booking on this price you are accepting these terms and conditions. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your designated Visa or Mastercard. Please contact Turtle Beach Resort if you wish to book using an alternate method of payment.

Flexible Rate Types: A deposit of $250.00 will be charged to your designated Visa or Mastercard at the time of booking. Your final balance is due at least 10 days prior to arrival and it is your responsibility to ensure payment is received prior to this date. If payment is not received 10 days prior to arrival, Turtle Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel your booking with all monies to be retained.

Cancellation Policy

Please note the following cancellation policies:

Advance Purchase Rate Types: Amendments and cancellations are not accepted on this rate regardless of reason. We strongly suggest Travel Insurance for your holiday for all of those unexpected events leading to last minute cancellation.

Flexible Rate Types: Amendments and cancellations received within 9 days of arrival will not be accepted and will result in a 100% cancellation fee being applied. For cancellations outside this time frame, your deposit will be refunded by either cheque or credit card, less a $65.00 cancellation fee. We strongly suggest Travel Insurance for your holiday for all of those unexpected events leading to last minute cancellation.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge you the full booking amount.

Child Policy

Children 0-2 years old may stay complimentary if using existing bedding. Cots can be pre-booked for $9 per night directly with the Resort. The 3rd guest 3 years or older in the 1 Bedroom Apartment, 5th guest 3 years or older in the 2 Bedroom Apartment and 7th and 8th guests 3 years or older in the 3 Bedroom Apartment will be charged $37 per night, including a rollaway bed for travel until 31st March 2016. For travel after 1st April 2016 will be charged $42 per night. Payment will be charged on receipt of booking.

Please advise all children's ages at time of booking.
